Q: Are your juices really cold-pressed?

A: Yes! We use a cold-press juicer that extracts juice using slow, hydraulic pressure without heat, keeping nutrients, enzymes, and flavors intact.

Q: Are your juices 100% natural?

A: Absolutely. No added sugar, no preservatives, no artificial flavors—just fresh, whole ingredients.

Q: How long do your juices last?

A: Our juices are unpasteurized and should be consumed within 5 days of delivery for maximum freshness. Always keep them refrigerated.

Q: Can I drink your juices if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

A: We recommend checking with your doctor as our juices are unpasteurized. Some ingredients may also be unsuitable depending on your condition.

Q: Are your juices halal?

A: While we are not halal-certified, our juices contain only plant-based, alcohol-free ingredients.

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: We currently deliver across mainland Singapore. Sentosa and Tuas deliveries may have limited availability.

Q: What are your delivery fees?

A: We offer free delivery for orders above $60, and a flat fee of $8 for orders below $60.

(Delivery fees may vary during promotional periods.)

Q: Can I choose my delivery date and time?

A: Yes, during checkout you can select your preferred delivery date. We deliver daily between 8AM–10PM. Specific time slots are not guaranteed, but we do our best to accommodate requests.Ā 

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?

A: Not at the moment. All juices are made fresh to order. Please place your order at least 2 days in advance.Ā

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply add your desired juices to cart and check out on our website! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you face problems placing an order, please feel free to email or WhatsApp us, we'll be happy to help.Ā 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept PayNow (please WhatsApp us), credit/debit cards, and Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: If you need to make changes, contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. We can’t accommodate last-minute cancellations as everything is made fresh.

🧊 Storage & Consumption

Q: How are the juices delivered?

A: All our juices are delivered chilled in a reusable cooler bag with ice packs to maintain freshness during transit. Please refrigerate them immediately upon receipt.

Q: How should I store the juices?

A: Keep them refrigerated at 0–5°C. Shake well before drinking and consume within 5 days.

Q: Can I freeze the juices?

A: We don’t recommend freezing as it may alter the taste and texture, and destroy some nutrients.

Q: What's the best time to drink your juices?

A: Anytime! But many customers love them in the morning, after a workout, or as a healthy midday pick-me-up.
